Return and Refund Policy
Our return policy covers a period of 60 days, meaning you have 60 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: in good condition and in its original packaging. You must also retain proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us without delay if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items Certain categories of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants)
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Personal care products (e.g. cosmetics)
We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you are unsure whether a specific product can be returned, please contact us.
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchange The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your current item and, once the return is approved, place a separate new order for the desired item.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU) For orders delivered within the European Union, regardless of the above, you have the right to withdraw from the contract or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason.
The item must be in the same condition as when received: unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and inform you of the outcome of the refund request. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited within 10 business days via your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time before the refund is visible.

Return Shipping Costs for Withdrawal In the case of a return exercised under the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. These costs will either be deducted from the refunded amount or paid directly by the customer.
